TCG Return & Refund Policy

At Kings Collection, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Due to the collectible and randomised nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, please read the following policy carefully before opening your items.

Sealed TCG Products

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned TCG products must be sent back in the condition in which they were received. Wherever possible, products should remain sealed, unopened and undamaged, with all original packaging intact.

Once a return has been authorised, items must be returned within 14 days.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Opened TCG Products

Trading cards and TCG products can significantly lose their resale value once factory seals, booster packs, boxes or other packaging have been opened.

If a product has been opened or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value.

This may include products such as:

• Booster packs

• Booster boxes and booster bundles

• Elite Trainer Boxes

• Collection boxes

• Tins

• Mystery products

• Decks and starter sets

• Other sealed TCG products

Where booster packs or other randomised contents have been opened, the reduction in value may be substantial.

Opening a product because the cards or contents received were not the ones hoped for does not mean that the product is faulty.

Randomised Products & Pull Rates

TCG products contain randomised cards and we cannot guarantee specific cards, rarities, pulls or monetary value from any product.

Receiving no rare cards, duplicate cards or cards of a lower value than expected is not considered a fault with the product.

Manufacturer pull rates and advertised odds, where applicable, are controlled by the manufacturer and not Kings Collection.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please do not open a visibly damaged or incorrect sealed TCG product before contacting us, as opening the item may make it more difficult for us to investigate the issue.

Manufacturing Issues

Occasionally, trading cards may contain manufacturing imperfections such as print lines, centring issues, minor marks, crimping or other production defects.

Where an issue is the responsibility of the manufacturer, we may advise you to contact the relevant manufacturer's customer support service. This does not affect any rights you may have against Kings Collection under UK consumer law.

Return Condition

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of products while they are in their possession.

Returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process any refund due to you.

Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method.

Where legally permitted, we may make a deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect the product.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Kings Collection reserves the right to update this policy when necessary.
